Meridian IT Consulting had played a significant role in developing and delivering a successful project for the Department For Education (DfE), one of our premier clients. The latest version of the Compare School Performance Service has gone live this week with minimal downtime. Our development and DevOps engineers allowed us to help our client get their delivery right.

To successfully deliver this project, it required a multitude of changes between a large team. The team compromises of analysts, developers, quality assurance specialists and a scrum master, many of which were working on other projects too. Some last-minute changes that could have possibly derailed the release, but ultimately it didn't hinder anything.
