Through all of our projects across multiple clients and prior to joining Meridian IT Consulting our consultants and developers have long been huge advocates of the Agile Software Development methodology.

Our internal approach to agile has always been an evolving one, it is clear that the term agile means different things to different people. For some, it can be based on regular catchups with team members via daily standup meetings or sit down - via Zoom or Teams of late. For others, it is a board of ever-changing workload that is progressing mostly forward.

Experience has shown us that teams adopt and adapt to various version of agile, some are by the book whilst others have a flexible approach. At Meridian IT Consulting we believe that the team should be in the driver's seat when it comes to adopting changes. This stems from the spirit of what we believe agile is, allowing self-organised teams to make decisions themself.
